The Focal Alpha 65 Evo is a powerful studio monitor featuring a 1" (25 mm) aluminum inverted dome tweeter and a 6.5" (16.5 cm) woofer with a Slatefiber cone, designed and manufactured by Focal in France. It offers excellent dynamics and a highly neutral sound balance, making it ideal for professional audio work.
Designed for music production and general playback, the Alpha 65 Evo ensures outstanding acoustic coherence regardless of listening position. The aluminum inverted dome tweeter provides wide dispersion, while the Slatefiber cone—made from recycled carbon fiber—delivers exceptional neutrality and dynamic response.
Drawing on over 40 years of expertise in acoustics, Focal has refined the Alpha Evo series with innovative technologies such as a large laminar port, reducing distortion and enhancing low-frequency performance.
The Alpha 65 Evo offers versatile connectivity with XLR, RCA, and 6.35 mm TRS inputs. Additional features include a defeatable automatic standby mode and mounting options for wall and ceiling installation, making it suitable for mixing, mastering, DJ, and broadcast environments.
Each monitor is powered by two Class-D amplifiers, delivering high current capacity for precise dynamic control and enabling high sound pressure levels without distortion. Even the smallest details are reproduced accurately across all music genres.
The cabinet is constructed from 15 mm thick MDF with internal bracing, ensuring maximum stability even at high volumes. Its bass-reflex design allows easy integration into various spaces, while the rounded design and robust side panels provide a modern and durable aesthetic.
